The housing market in South Florida is soaring. Miami’s residential transactions jumped by 78% over the last year, outpacing the sales growth of more than 50 other U.S. metro areas, according to the latest RE/MAX National Housing report.
In the last 10 years, Miami Beach has experienced some of the highest home appreciation
rates of any community in the nation. Miami Beach real estate appreciated 148.58% over
the last ten years, which is an average annual home appreciation rate of 9.53%, putting
Miami Beach in the top 10% nationally for real estate appreciation.
