Laurian Club Residences are typically 2-3 bedrooms, with a dedicated home office.
They will be a mix of single family residences in resort communities and hotel-branded villas that offer full-service amenities including a health club or gym, clubhouse, pool, and on-site dining.
All are professionally designed, impressively appointed smart homes.
Each Residence has an on-call House Manager and personal staff available. Laurian Concierges are accessible 24/7 to provide everything from grocery services to event planning.
Laurian Club properties are operated by a uniquely qualified team who have been managing the homes, lifestyles, and travel logistics of high profile, high-net-worth individuals for decades.

Laurian House is specifically modeled for modern travelers who value flexibility; A Member can use a day’s credits to reserve a House for a confidential client meeting or use a month’s worth for an extended trip.
Each Laurian House has a dedicated workspace. Properties provide business-level high speed wireless to accommodate remote meetings and multiple streaming devices.
Laurian House amenities are sourced from area purveyors. A local concierge curates each house’s social calendar, and neighborhood memberships are built into the hospitality offerings. You’ll be living like a local.

Laurian Estates properties operate similarly to a country club with the added amenity of overnight accommodations for Members and their guests.
